Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, developing positive relationships built on trust and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and monitor bespoke, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique issues and needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, documenting client progress notes and updating treatment plans accurately.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, providing a supportive environment for clients to discuss their concerns.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young individuals facing various mental health challenges. The clinician will offer specialized support for issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma experienced by youth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least one year of experience working with youth populations facing psychiatric or substance abuse issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to USD 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package also includes:
