Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions, your primary duties will include:

• Managing a dynamic caseload of clients, establishing positive and trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, develop treatment strategies, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Crafting and implementing person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on their individual goals and challenges.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to understand client backgrounds and formulate effective treatment pathways.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and promote personal professional development.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver integrated and holistic care solutions for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges, ensuring that every client is treated with dignity and respect. Clinicians will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Providing support in a client-centered manner will directly contribute to enhancing the overall mental wellness of the community.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation applicable in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using relevant technology for documentation and communication, including familiarity with spreadsheet applications, electronic medical records, and communication software.

• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience with completing intake assessments and a proven track record of working efficiently with various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs. A deep understanding of the Philadelphia area’s cultural competencies would also be beneficial due to the diverse populations we serve.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure is based on a fee-for-service model, which allows you to earn a guaranteed rate paid in advance of collections. Additional benefits include:
