Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that promote emotional growth and stability.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, leveraging diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care and consistent treatment protocols.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment progress and adjusting therapeutic interventions based on ongoing evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, contingent on experience and qualifications.
