Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and tailor therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Provide individual and group therapy based on evidence-based practices, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while respecting client confidentiality.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate care and improve overall client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals and families who have traditionally faced barriers to accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is essential.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
