Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical practices and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, assess their mental health stability, and schedule follow-up appointments, initiating discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment programs, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including comprehensive progress notes and treatment plans.

• Perform thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Hold a defined number of individual therapy sessions weekly, employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions to enhance your professional development and address case management challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be to provide therapeutic support to a varied client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification that is current, unrestricted, and independent.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
\n
• Proficient in using computer systems, including excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Comfort in completing intake assessments and evaluations.
\n

• Experience with electronic health record systems and documentation protocols.

• Familiarity with community resources and integration of services for clients.
