Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse client caseload by establishing strong therapeutic relationships, adhering to professional ethics, and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to monitor client progress and facilitate stability, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and initiating discharge proceedings when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment programs collaboratively with clients to meet their specific needs.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for each client, including detailed progress notes that reflect treatment efficacy and compliance with organizational standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly one-on-one supervision sessions that foster professional development and clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Proficient in using technology, including computer systems such as Excel, RMS software, and email platforms like Outlook; familiarity with PIMSY software is a plus.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.

• Confident in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
