This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while still being part of a supportive team environment. Our outpatient office utilizes telehealth technology to connect counselors with clients across various demographics, ensuring accessibility and convenience for everyone involved. You'll be working primarily Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with no evenings or weekends required, further emphasizing our commitment to work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry a diverse caseload of clients, developing and nurturing professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, focusing on progress reviews, stabilization strategies, and planning for discharge or continued care when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are centered around each client’s specific needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the continuity of care.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Hold individual therapy sessions, tailoring to the unique challenges and therapeutic needs of clients each week.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to discuss case management and receive feedback while also collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and other mental health issues. • A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, structured within a fee-for-service model.
