Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster trust and openness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license from the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required, providing direct counseling services post-graduate.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Welkins Mind Healthcare offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Our compensation model operates on a Fee-for-Service basis, featuring guaranteed pay rates that are issued ahead of collections, providing financial stability without the wait for reimbursements.
