Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address various mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop integrated and holistic care plans for clients.

• Participate actively in professional development workshops and training sessions to stay updated on current mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPC will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including those with limited access to mental health care, individuals coping with trauma, those experiencing substance misuse issues, and families navigating complex emotional landscapes. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in New Jersey is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
