Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to engage families, couples, and individuals.

• Foster collaborative treatment approaches by working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain diligent and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting the progress and treatment strategies of clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse spectrum of backgrounds, ages, and mental health concerns. We are particularly focused on supporting individuals and families who have limited access to quality care, ensuring that no one is left without the support they need. This can include those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and more.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Sound understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport and fostering client trust.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team in delivering coordinated patient care.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technology platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
