Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Journey Behavioral and Skills, Inc., your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting personalized therapy sessions, providing individualized strategies to meet each client's unique needs.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic techniques to individuals, couples, families, and groups, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Managing a stable caseload, with a quick ramp-up period, allowing you to efficiently serve your clients from the outset of your employment.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans that ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines to uphold the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health.
