Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting that allows you to balance professional responsibilities with personal life effectively. The work schedule for full-time positions is Monday to Friday, with eight-hour shifts that provide predictability and flexibility. For part-time clinicians, you will have the opportunity to set your own hours Monday through Saturday based on your availability and the needs of the team, with no weekend commitments required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized therapy plans that align with clients' unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Utilize a broad range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to client needs.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to improve treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while leveraging electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Our client base consists of individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including family conflicts, trauma, depression, and substance misuse. This position requires not only clinical skills but also the ability to establish rapport with diverse groups. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in clinical settings.

• A solid comprehension of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation procedures.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
