Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on the client's unique situation and needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and more, to support clients in their recovery and growth.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to fit the needs of different populations and settings.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and address all facets of the clients' well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all documentation is thorough and reflective of the client's progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Clients come to us for support in navigating their struggles, and it is your role to provide them with the tools and strategies they need to overcome these obstacles. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans.
