Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals facing varying degrees of emotional and psychological challenges. Your work will support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other mental health issues. Understanding the unique backgrounds of your clients will inform your therapeutic approach, ensuring culturally sensitive and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.

• An active and independent LPC license issued by the state of Oregon, demonstrating your qualifications to practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, preference will be given to those with experience in telehealth counseling, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR), and experience working with specific populations such as adolescents, veterans, or marginalized communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
