Work Environment\n

This full-time remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while using telehealth technology to engage with clients effectively. Our virtual practice promotes flexibility and adaptability, enabling you to serve clients in a comfortable and familiar setting. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, giving you evenings and weekends free to recharge and rejuvenate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, fostering rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, address challenges, discuss upcoming appointments, and provide guidance for discharge planning when appropriate.

• Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around the client’s needs and goals, adapting them as necessary based on client feedback and clinical judgement.

• Document all client interactions comprehensively and accurately, ensuring that progress notes are current, thorough, and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

At Polaris Psychotherapy Services, you will primarily engage with a diverse outpatient population. Our clients encompass a range of ages and backgrounds, all seeking help for various mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• You must hold an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting performing direct client care is necessary.

• Proficiency with various computer systems is essential; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY technology will greatly benefit your practice.

• A history of providing psychotherapy services to both individuals and families is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Polaris Psychotherapy Services offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
