Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans suited to each client's needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy during client sessions.

• Deliver group, family, and individual therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health disorders.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to provide holistic care to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base that includes individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Many of our clients may have limited access to traditional therapeutic resources, making your role critical in providing support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Colorado.
\n
• At least two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical or therapeutic environment, is essential.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical responsibilities as it pertains to mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a variety of clients.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work cohesively within a healthcare team and participate actively in team meetings.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly preferred.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
