Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in our teen and young adult outpatient treatment center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging and supportive group therapy sessions that allow clients to share experiences and foster connections with peers.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized, empathetic counseling to clients, helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and coping mechanisms.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress and outcomes effectively.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate about client needs, and tackle complex cases together.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our treatment emphasizes evidence-based and holistic approaches, aiming to instill hope, encourage healing, and promote overall wellness in both clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree Required: You must possess a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Licensure: Applicants must have an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice in the state of Colorado.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of professional experience in mental health treatment, preferably working with adolescents and young adults. Experience with telehealth services is a plus, as it can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
