Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of clients, including individual intake sessions where you gather relevant history and context.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, utilizing therapeutic interventions designed for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy, facilitating discussions that allow clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of each session, ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and documentation standards.

• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health resources, helping to eliminate stigma and improve access to care for underserved populations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care strategies and recommend additional support services when necessary.

• Empower clients to develop coping strategies, life skills, and personal goals that promote their overall well-being and foster resilience.

• Stay current with best practices in counseling by attending ongoing training sessions and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adolescents and adults who require therapeutic intervention for a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, mood disorders, trauma, and behavioral health challenges. You will be equipped to address the complexities of each individual’s situation while fostering a trustworthy and empathetic therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• At least five years of clinical experience as a licensed professional counselor with a proven track record in outpatient settings.

• Current and valid LPC license for the state of Colorado.
\n
• Deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and methodologies aimed at treating diverse mental health conditions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on empathy and the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client records and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
