Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate group sessions where clients can share their experiences and learn from each other, creating a safe space for connection and healing.

• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic, one-on-one counseling tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals, ensuring that their unique preferences and needs are taken into account.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess clients’ progress using various assessment tools and feedback methods, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining open lines of communication to coordinate care and tackle complex cases effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds, and you will play a critical role in helping them build resilience and develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is a must.

• Demonstrated experience working with clients in residential or outpatient settings, particularly those dealing with mental health and mood disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in motivational interviewing and proper documentation practices is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a strong salary package, you will receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family. Other benefits include:
