Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and insightful group therapy sessions that encourage clients to connect with one another. This entails designing interactive sessions that foster a sense of community, as well as providing a space for clients to share experiences and learn together.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions that allow clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in depth. You will use proven techniques, like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to develop actionable coping strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans. This will require you to actively involve clients in the process, ensuring their preferences and goals are prioritized.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress using various tools and methods, including feedback and outcome measures. This data-driven approach enables you to adjust treatment as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications\n
