Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and interactive environment where clients can share experiences and develop healthy coping mechanisms together.

• Clinical Skills: Proficient in evidence-based therapies including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and maintaining accurate documentation.
