Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychological evaluations and assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and therapy strategies tailored to individual clients, ensuring engagement through techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Provide therapeutic services to diverse groups—individuals, families, and couples—fostering an environment of trust and support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
