Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' emotional and mental health.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns.

• Utilize active listening skills and open-ended questions to facilitate meaningful conversations with clients, allowing them to explore thoughts and feelings.

• Implement emergency protocols effectively when clients experience acute distress or crisis situations.

• Guide clients through mental exercises and role-playing scenarios to enhance coping strategies and emotional resilience.

• Provide counseling and support on various issues pertinent to clients' experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate treatment referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, youth, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Feelings Forward Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and caseload.
