This position is designed specifically for remote work, enabling you to provide counseling services in a flexible setting. Our clinic employs a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to facilitate confidential sessions, allowing you to connect effectively with clients via video conferencing. We also utilize a user-friendly, cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system to help maintain compliance with insurance regulations, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver quality counseling services through individual, family, and group sessions to assess client needs and facilitate mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct effective treatment programs that target symptoms of mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.

• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation using our cloud-based EHR system to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Manage your own schedule with the ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, to accommodate client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling.

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer with a dependable internet connection and a web camera for conducting telehealth sessions.

• Ability to work independently and manage a professional caseload with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
