Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences, cultivate connections, and foster personal growth through shared narratives.

• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic one-on-one therapy, assisting clients in identifying their thoughts and feelings while developing personalized coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to meet their unique needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document clients' progress using evidence-based tools and methodologies, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
