Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering strong, trusting, and respectful relationships while adhering to professional ethics and guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address concerns, and determine appropriate discharge plans as needed.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around the unique needs of each client.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client progress, including assessments, treatment plans, and session notes, using systems such as RMS.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments for new clients, answering their questions and establishing treatment goals collaboratively.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions aimed at professional development and improving therapy skills.
\n
• Work cooperatively with other healthcare professionals in cross-disciplinary teams to ensure well-rounded care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a key player in our mental health services, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, primarily consisting of adults and children facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and actively maintained Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Texas

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting after obtaining licensure.

• Proficient in computer usage, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing direct psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and families, particularly in an outpatient context.

• Experience conducting comprehensive intake assessments and formulating treatment plans based on gathered information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
