Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to clients of all backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, fostering an open and supportive environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, integrated care that addresses the complex needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing mental health services to individuals and families who often face barriers to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and client caseload.
