Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic services, including but not limited to individual counseling, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Employ diverse therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities appropriate for varying client needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to create a comprehensive care plan that encompasses all aspects of the client’s well-being.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas including family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

• A proficient understanding of current legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to mental health practices.

• Demonstrated skills in establishing rapport with a diverse clientele and excellence in interpersonal communication.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually , commensurate with your experience, skills, and the caseload you manage. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive comprehensive benefits that include:
