The schedule is structured to prioritize work-life balance, with no evening or weekend commitments, as our sessions run Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead meaningful group therapy sessions that encourage participants to share their experiences, connect with one another, and support mutual growth.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling tailored to each client's unique background and needs, exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their aspirations and address their mental health challenges.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress continuously, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are effective and appropriate as circumstances evolve.

Qualifications\n

• Completion of a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current LPC licensure is required to practice within Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
