Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual and group counseling, focusing on the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing important insights and observations to optimize treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and adults, many of whom face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. Common issues addressed include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
