Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to determine individualized therapy goals and interventions.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide array of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies is essential.
