Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, couples, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal guidelines and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, advocating for clients’ needs and connecting them with additional resources when necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth LPC with Victory Mind Mental Health Solutions, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and relationship challenges, among others. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in fostering trust and promoting effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling environment is required.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and relevant telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
