Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop effective therapeutic strategies.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals and circumstances, regularly evaluating progress.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapies, adapting therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to suit diverse clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate integrated care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your counseling skills.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
