Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be at the forefront of shaping therapeutic interventions tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connection and sharing among clients, allowing them to learn from one another’s experiences.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy that guides clients in exploring their emotions and developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that address their specific goals and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track each client’s progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work cohesively with a team of healthcare professionals, exchanging insights and coordinating care to optimize outcomes for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role focuses primarily on young adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. By providing evidence-based and holistic treatment options, you will help clients within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) make significant strides in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
\n
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (required).
\n
• Demonstrated experience in a similar clinical setting, preferably with young adults.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
