Key Responsibilities\n

  • Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that empower clients to share their experiences, build connections, and foster mutual support.

  • Provide Individual Therapy: Offer empathetic, personalized counseling that encourages clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while cultivating coping strategies.

  • Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented plans tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and life situations.

  • Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and client feedback to track and evaluate progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work effectively with fellow professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care and integrated communication for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are facing a range of mental health challenges. This population often deals with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and transitional life challenges. By employing evidence-based and holistic treatment methodologies, you will play a pivotal role in guiding these individuals toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

  • A strong understanding of mental health disorders prevalent among teens and young adults.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is strongly preferred. Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations will be advantageous as you develop tailored interventions that resonate with this demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
