Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and collective healing among clients. Create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for sharing and personal growth.

• Provide Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized sessions that focus on exploring clients' unique challenges, facilitating self-discovery, and developing actionable coping strategies.

• Create Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans, incorporating their preferences and specific needs to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.

• Monitor Progress: Evaluate and track clients’ progress using assessment tools and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments to treatment as needed to guide clients towards successful outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges. This population often requires sensitive, tailored approaches that recognize their unique experiences and developmental needs. You will provide support through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), helping clients manage transitions, build resilience, and foster growth in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Arizona.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly within a telehealth format.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in counseling young adults or adolescents.

• Background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities.

• Prior experience in an outpatient or telehealth environment is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
