Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate appropriate, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, family, and group contexts, drawing from a range of methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate proficiently with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that each client's privacy and confidentiality are protected.

Qualifications\n
