Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bend Mental Healthcare Center, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences and support one another’s healing journeys.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling tailored to individual client needs, focusing on their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and the development of effective coping strategies.

• Collaborative Treatment Planning: Partner with clients to design personalized and goal-directed treatment plans that reflect their specific challenges and aspirations.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Evaluate clients’ progress using evidence-based assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure treatment efficacy and desired outcomes.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, participating in case consultations and multi-disciplinary meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30, who may be dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be critical in fostering resilience and promoting coping mechanisms to enable them to navigate life's challenges successfully.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
