Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Centered Mind Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individuals and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families while also conducting individual sessions when necessary.

• Addressing a variety of challenges including alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to effectively manage diverse mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure coordinated care.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Centered Mind Therapy serves a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. Our therapists are skilled in addressing various family dynamics, such as blended families, adjustment to separation and divorce, and mother/daughter conflicts. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from newly licensed therapists, we also encourage experienced clinicians to apply. Strong candidates will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours a week.
