Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Embrace Shift Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individualized assessments for clients and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions with family members, to address various challenges and dynamics within relationships.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in tackling issues such as grief and loss, conflicts among family members, blended family adjustments, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary in collaboration with clients and their families.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and receive feedback aimed at enhancing clinical practices and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will be adept at addressing a broad range of issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
