Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Establish a trustworthy and positive rapport with patients to facilitate open communication and therapeutic engagement. \n
- Diagnose mental health disorders using evidence-based assessments and provide tailored treatment plans that respond to individual patient needs. \n
- Lead therapeutic sessions for individuals and couples, focusing on relationship dynamics and personal mental health challenges to promote healing and resilience. \n
- Conduct regular follow-up appointments to assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical personnel and specialists, to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs. \n
- Refer clients to additional specialists and services when necessary, ensuring they receive comprehensive support for all facets of their health. \n
- Engage in ongoing education and stay current with the latest practices in marriage and family therapy to continually enhance service quality. \n
- Document patient interactions and treatment updates accurately and in a timely manner in alignment with clinic protocols. \n
You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and various mental health disorders. The clients may also include families seeking conflict resolution or support in navigating significant life changes. Your expertise in family systems and relational dynamics will be pivotal in providing effective intervention and support.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid LMFT license in the state of Arizona is required. \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. \n
- Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and an understanding of evidence-based practices for co-occurring disorders. \n
- Strong therapeutic skills and abilities to motivate clients toward their personal health goals. \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities, essential for collaborating with our dedicated clinical team. \n
Prior experience in a community health setting is an asset, particularly with a focus on family therapy, group therapy, and/or crisis intervention strategies. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and online therapy platforms will be beneficial in this remote role.
