Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, utilizing the latest DSM under the supervision of licensed psychologists.

• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic modalities for individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, focusing on an array of issues, including crisis intervention, couples therapy, addictions counseling, and family dynamic resolution.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and best practices for client privacy and care quality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, referring clients to additional resources as necessary to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing clinical team meetings to discuss complex cases, ensuring a shared understanding of client needs and treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any relevant correspondence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
