Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand a client's mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available for support.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to cultivate community and share coping strategies among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary while ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
