Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to address clients' mental health needs in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to manage acute mental health crises effectively.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver educational resources and empower clients and their families with psychoeducation, enabling them to manage their mental health effectively.

• Participate in ongoing collaboration with a diverse team of professionals to ensure continuous and holistic care for clients.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve client satisfaction and mental health results.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
