Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, allowing for personalized care.

• Providing therapy services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, tailored to clients' specific needs and backgrounds.

Your work will encompass a wide range of client demographics, providing you the opportunity to impact individuals and families from various backgrounds and age groups. You will address mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, employing tailored therapeutic methodologies to foster growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold full licensure to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Provisional or limited licenses are not accepted, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions.

• Strong decision-making abilities regarding treatment planning and implementation, combined with excellent professional evaluation skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with telehealth platforms for effective service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the caseload you manage. Additional benefits include:
