Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' psychological states and determine effective treatment choices.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that consider patients’ unique circumstances and diagnoses, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to effectively support patients.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging patients to explore their emotions, learn coping mechanisms, and enhance their emotional resilience.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s mental health are addressed.

• Be prepared to assist in crisis interventions and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health challenges, therapeutic strategies, and local resources available to them.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards to support patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
