Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and needs. This involves gathering comprehensive information through empathetic listening and targeted questioning.

• Provide therapy sessions that may include individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address specific issues such as mood disorders.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress in therapy, utilizing best practices in record-keeping to ensure transparency and facilitate coordination with other healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and promote client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
