Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide a structured schedule of appointments, home visits, and necessary monitoring as part of the treatment process.

• Coordinate in-home visits to assess clients and gather data through observations and interviews, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their environments.

• Oversee the implementation of program plans to ensure they are executed effectively and produce desired outcomes.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with other professionals to enhance client care.

• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to maintain accurate records of client developments and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in family therapy, couples counseling, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is preferred.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
