Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, review upcoming appointments, and manage discharge plans when applicable.

• Develop, implement, and diligently monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize clients’ specific mental health goals.

• Document progress notes and maintain accurate records for each client in compliance with clinical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather necessary background and mental health history, enabling effective treatment planning.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions each week, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques in response to client needs.

• Engage in individual supervision for professional development and improved therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 based on experience and qualifications. Evolve Wellness Center operates on a fee-for-service model, ensuring timely reimbursement through guaranteed rates paid in advance of collection. Additional compensation opportunities are available through performance bonuses.
