Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored, individualized therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, participating in case consultations and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, prioritizing confidentiality and professionalism.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

• At We Care Wellness Center, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
